Nominate a business for the 2011 APEX Award
Are you ready to submit a nomination application for the prestigious APEX Award?
Applicants are encouraged to submit nominations provided the nominee meets the APEX Award criteria. Application forms must be manually completed and mailed to Marsh Canada at the address below by the March 31, 2011 application deadline.
Award nominations can be submitted through an independent nominating party or self-nominated. Due to the sensitive nature of information being disclosed, applications should be approved by a senior official of each applying entity (minimum Vice-President or company officer).
Applicants must agree to submit a copy of their pandemic planning program or plan. Award recipients must be willing to disclose their company name and accept the award publicly at a presentation place and time as determined by Roche Canada.
DEADLINE
The deadline for nominations for the 2011 APEX Award is March 31, 2011. The downloadable PDF application form below outlines all the criteria to certify your organization’s eligibility to participate in the APEX Award selection process and an application form to nominate your business for the award. Applications must be postmarked no later than the published application deadline.

Nominations received after the published application deadline will be returned to the applicant.
ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Nominations are now open for the 2011 APEX Award. Applications will be accepted until the March 31, 2011 deadline at which time nominations for the 2011 APEX Award will be closed.
In March 2011, all nominations will be assessed and finalists determined. Between April and May 2011, finalists will be interviewed and a decision on the APEX Award is expected in May, 2011.
APEX Award winners and runners-up will be contacted in May 2011, and the official presentation of the 2011 APEX Award will take place in June 2011 during the World Conference on Disaster Management (WCDM).
